With rapid growth in our customer base, we recognized the need to make strategic investments in a centralized call center to ensure quick and consistent response times to customer requests. We are happy to announce the opening of a dedicated AMECARE INDIA HELPDESK allowing our customers across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka & Bhutan to connect with us even faster. 

The HELPDESK will be available via telephone and email between 08:00 am to 07:00 pm IST from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).
